When we set up a bar for your event, we bring the whole experience, not just the drinks. My team provides the bar counters, glassware, mixers, and trained staff to manage the service, so you are not stuck chasing drinks for your guests. Whether it is a simple soft-drink station or a full-service mocktail bar for your wedding, we ensure the setup is clean, professional, and managed by our experienced service captains.
Setting up a bar is often the most chaotic part of hosting. At Rasoi Ghar, we take that headache away. Depending on your event, we provide a range of services: from standard soft drink and tea/coffee stations for smaller gatherings to our Premium Gala setups that include live mocktail bars, dedicated bartenders, and professional goblet glassware.
We provide the full logistical support: standard or premium bar counters, ice supplies, and all the bar accessories needed. If you are supplying your own alcohol, we provide the ice, soda, glassware, and the manpower to serve it safely and efficiently. Our staff is trained to handle service flow—ensuring the glasses are always stocked and the counter stays clean.
What we handle:
- Bar Setup: We provide the table linen, floral decor, and lighting to make the bar a highlight of your venue.
- Staffing: You get a dedicated service captain and bartenders (roughly 1 per 15-25 guests) so your guests never have to wait long.
