- Extras: Includes one standard dessert like Gulab Jamun and basic soft drinks.
- Quality: Uses standard commercial grade ingredients and frozen snacks for quick service, focused on a spicy North Indian palate.
Service & Hardware
- Setup: Buffet table setup with white frilled skirting and fuel-burner chafing dishes to keep food warm.
- Crockery: Includes high-quality hard paper or plastic disposables. Option for melamine plates available at higher price points.
- Staff: 1 to 2 general staff members to replenish the buffet and clear trash (no individual table service).

- Dessert: Dedicated station with 2 sweet options like Moong Dal Halwa and Ice Cream.
Presentation & Service
- Hardware: Professional stainless steel chafing dishes with roll-top lids and tables dressed with clean white cloth.
- Tableware: Full bone-china or ceramic dinner plates, quarter plates, steel cutlery, and glassware.
- Staffing: Uniformed Captain and Waiters provided at a ratio of approx 1 server per 20 guests for floating service.
Live Pizza & Pasta Station
Live Station Setup
- Infrastructure: Includes a canopy tent with branding, prep counters, and printed banners.
- Equipment: Portable high-temperature Pizza Oven and live gas burners for tossing pasta.
- Chef Service: Dedicated professional chef to stretch dough, assemble pizzas, and cook pasta live.
Menu & Ingredients
- Live Pizza: Thin or hand-tossed crusts using fresh dough with toppings like Corn, Capsicum, Pepperoni, or Tandoori Chicken.
- Live Pasta: Penne or Fusilli with a choice of Arrabiata (Red), Alfredo (White), or Pink sauce.
- Sides: Includes Garlic Bread and standard seasonings like oregano and chilli flakes.
