I run Rasoi Ghar because I want folks to get simple, fresh food like they'd eat at home. Busy life ho ya hostel wali halat, I know how important healthy home-cooked meals are. Humara khana hai bilkul ghar jaisa - na jyada tel, na hotel wali heaviness.
Thali & Tiffin Options
Regular thali is my daily go-to - 2 tawa roti, jeera rice, dal, seasonal sabzi, raita and salad. For those days jab pet bhar ke khana chahiye, Special Thali mein lacha paratha, paneer sabzi, dal, seasonal sabzi, papad, raita, salad, aur meetha milta hai. Sunday ko thoda twist - menu changes, but tandoori missi roti, matar paneer aur gulab jamun are house favorites.
Quick Meal Combos
Kabhi jaldi ho toh grab our rajma rice, kadhi rice, or amritsari chole rice combos. Khichdi aur daliya bhi milta hai for lighter days.
North Indian Snacks
Mann karta hai kuch chatpata? Try tandoori soya chaap, veg cutlets, or classic chole bhature with chilled rose lassi.
Hygiene & Freshness
My kitchen is 100% pure veg, sab kuch fresh banta hai roz, koi leftovers nahi. Hum safai ka pura dhyaan rakhte hain kyunki apno ke liye bana rahe hain. Spices simple rakhte hain, jo pet ko bhi suit kare.

My Story
Main Deepak bol raha hoon. Rasoi Ghar ek choti soch se shuru hua tha - sabko ghar jaisa khana milna chahiye. Guruji ke saath humara rishta gehra hai, aur Langar Sewa humare dil ke bohot kareeb hai. Sangat ko serve karna ek blessing lagta hai. Dheere dheere logon ne hum par pura event ka bharosa karna shuru kar diya, toh Rasoi Ghar Event team ban gayi. Chahe birthday ho ya shaadi, hum sab kuch sambhalte hain, par asli khushi toh hygienic, tasty khana banane mein hi hai.
