Small Party & Birthday Setup (Up to 80 Guests)
Decor & Setup
- Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft backdrop using sequin panels (Gold/Silver/Black) or printed flex with a standard metallic/pastel balloon arch (approx. 300-400 balloons).
- Props: Includes a rented neon sign (e.g., "Happy Birthday") and 3 cylinder podiums or a decorated table for the cake.
- Lighting: 4-6 LED Par Cans (uplighters) for wall washing and fairy lights for the entrance.
Furniture & Logistics
- Seating: PVC chairs (40-50 count) with white spandex covers and colored tie-backs.
- Tables: 4-5 Round tables with floor-length linens.
Entertainment & Media
- Music: Portable Sound System (1 Top Speaker + 1 Bass) with mic and operator for pre-set playlists.
- Photography: 1 Traditional Photographer for 4 hours with soft copies provided via cloud storage.
Management
- On-site coordinator to manage cake cutting timing and service flow.
Traditional Floral Decor & Tenting (Haldi, Mehendi, Satsang)
Theme & Decor
- Floral Work: Extensive Marigold (Genda Phool) garlands mixed with Tuberoses, including entrance rangoli and hanging tassels.
- Draping: Full fabric ceiling draping (Tent style) in color themes like Pink/Yellow or White/Gold using satin or lycra.
- Stage Setup: Includes either an elevated velvet platform (Palki) for Satsang or a decorated Swing (Jhoola) with floral backdrop for Haldi/Mehendi.
Infrastructure & Seating
- Flooring: Full carpeting (Red/Green or White sheets) covering the event area.
- Seating: Mix of 10-12 floor mattresses (Gaddas) with bolsters and 50 banquet chairs with covers.
- Climate Control: 2-4 Pedestal fans or Mist fans included for outdoor settings.

- Live Elements: Arrangement for 2 Dhol Players or a sound system suitable for live Bhajan singers.
- Photo Ops: Selfie booth area with themed props (placards, traditional umbrellas).

- Main Stage: 24ft x 12ft stage with heavy fiber backdrop or LED video wall, side wings, and ramp.
- Tech Specs: Professional Line Array Sound System (500 pax capacity), Aluminum Box Truss, Intelligent lighting (Moving Heads, LED Washes), and Fog/Haze machines.
Ambience & Furniture
- VIP Zone: 4-6 sets of VIP Sofa seating (White/Gold leatherette) with glass center tables.
- Dining Setup: Round tables with premium linens, centerpieces (candelabras/florals), and Tiffany or Bow-tied chairs.
- Bar: LED-lit acrylic bar counter with bartender service tools (client provides license/alcohol).

My Story
Main Deepak bol raha hoon. Rasoi Ghar ek choti soch se shuru hua tha - sabko ghar jaisa khana milna chahiye. Guruji ke saath humara rishta gehra hai, aur Langar Sewa humare dil ke bohot kareeb hai. Sangat ko serve karna ek blessing lagta hai. Dheere dheere logon ne hum par pura event ka bharosa karna shuru kar diya, toh Rasoi Ghar Event team ban gayi. Chahe birthday ho ya shaadi, hum sab kuch sambhalte hain, par asli khushi toh hygienic, tasty khana banane mein hi hai.
