Strong, grounded, and glowing is my mantra. I believe in a balanced approach to wellness that nurtures both the body and the mind, a philosophy I bring to every class I teach.
About Meet Your Guide: My Personal Practice
Yoga is not just about the poses. It is my daily reset button. Between choreographing dance routines and running the studio, I use these specific flows to keep my body strong and my mind quiet. When you come to my studio in Yelahanka, you are not just learning yoga. You are learning the same balance and discipline I use to show up and perform every single day.
My practice is built on a foundation of discipline, but it is never stiff or rigid. As a dancer, I understand how the body carries tension. That is why I blend Hatha and Vinyasa styles to ensure you get a full-body experience that releases that weight. I focus heavily on breathwork because it is the quickest way to calm the nervous system.
My classes are designed for real people. If you are worried about not being flexible, let that go. I started somewhere too, and my goal is to guide you through the process, not to judge your form. We cap our batch sizes at 15 people so I can actually see you and help you correct your posture. Whether you are coming in for a summer camp, a beginner course, or a regular subscription, you will have access to our professional shock-absorbing floors, which keep your joints safe.
This space is my sanctuary. I keep it minimal and bright to help you focus inward. You will find that my approach is practical, grounded, and deeply rooted in the belief that if you set your intention, you can achieve it.
