About Yoga Classes
Finding Balance in My Studio
Most people know me for dance, but there’s another side - the one that craves peace and a quiet mind. As an Odia jhia (Odia girl), I bring my roots and spirituality into every yoga session. My studio in Yelahanka is a new space, built to be both modern and calming, with a big Nataraj idol right at the center. It’s not about perfection here - just a safe spot to move, breathe, and be real.
How I Teach
I believe in “Manifest, Believe, Receive.” For me, yoga is about more than stretching. It’s about tuning in to your breath, feeling the moment, and getting strong inside. When you walk out feeling lighter and calmer, mun bahut khusi achi (I am very happy). I guide you to connect mind and body so you can find your own peace.
Who My Classes Are For
- Beginner-friendly yoga classes: If you’re new, I’ll help you start slow and build up.
- Intermediate and professional levels: We go deeper and refine your flow, no pressure.
- Yoga for kids summer camp: For ages 5-13, I mix basic yoga asanas, Surya Namaskar, pranayama, and meditation. It’s playful and easygoing.
What Makes Us Different
You’ll find a judgment-free zone here. I love working with all ages and experience levels. It’s about spiritual yoga practice, not just physical fitness, and everyone is welcome to find their own style and pace.

My Story
Jai Jagannath! Some folks know us from Dance India Dance Season 3, but honestly, our heart beats in Odisha. We’re pure 'odia jhia' (Odia girl) style - faith and family drive us. Every dance step, every breath in yoga, it’s got that homegrown spirit. ‘Manifest, Believe, Receive’ is our mantra. Family’s our anchor, and now Bangalore is our new playground. Humbled, grateful, and always glowing.
