Our Signature Architectural Projects
We approach architecture as 'Alankar', or poetry in buildings. This collection brings together projects where we have prioritized climate-responsive design, material honesty, and functional intent.
This is our design for the Shang Chi Cafe and Restaurant in Noida. The facade features distinctive terracotta-finished vertical fins that create a dynamic visual identity while also providing solar shading for the west-facing front, a key element of our solar passive architecture approach.
We designed this Grade-A business building on the Noida-Greater Noida expressway with sprawling green outdoor spaces. The retail and cafe areas open directly onto these patios, blurring the line between indoors and outdoors and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors.
An open-air courtyard designed for a street-side cafe. We focused on creating a tranquil escape within the city, using natural elements like the central tree and combining exposed brick with modern steel structures to craft a space where people can connect and relax.
This render showcases our ambitious design for the 'Assortia' mixed-use development in Patna. The project was planned to integrate retail, office, hotel, and residential functions into a cohesive and monumental urban landmark, demonstrating our capability in handling large-scale architectural planning.
This collage illustrates the journey of a project from a digital render to a physical reality. On the left is our initial 3D visualization for the Shang Chi Cafe, and on the right, the building is seen during the construction phase, with the facade's unique curved form taking shape.
A close-up view of an exposed brick facade, highlighting the texture and warmth of the material. The clean lines of the glass and frame create a modern contrast, showing our belief in the thoughtful interplay of different materials to achieve a balanced design.
A conceptual design for a commercial office tower on the expressway, crowned with a revolving restaurant. The facade is defined by a series of vertical louvers that add visual depth and provide environmental control, showcasing our vision for innovative and iconic high-rise architecture.
About Featured
Many clients come to us wondering how a commercial building can look unique while remaining energy efficient. For our facade projects, we often use vertical louvers or brick jaalis, which do more than add texture. They act as solar shields, keeping the interiors cool and reducing long-term HVAC costs. It is this balance of aesthetic form and environmental function that defines our work.
Architecture is often reduced to glass boxes, but we advocate for 'solar passive architecture'. This means orienting the building and designing the skin to work with the sun rather than fighting it. In Noida and across the NCR, our projects like the Shang Chi Cafe utilize terracotta-finished vertical fins. These elements are calculated to provide shade for west-facing fronts, significantly lowering the heat gain inside.
We believe materials tell a story. Exposed brick, combined with sleek steel and glass, creates a warmth that cold concrete often lacks. This material palette is a recurring theme in our work, whether for boutique cafes, business centers, or mixed-use towers. Our approach to feasibility studies and master planning is equally rigorous, ensuring that site analysis, zoning, and area statements are handled with technical precision from day one.
If you are planning a commercial or mixed-use space, we move from initial concept narratives to detailed construction drawings. We handle everything from the conceptual 3D visualization and walkthroughs to the MEP provisioning and site supervision. Our aim is to create structures that feel lived-in and breathe, standing the test of time rather than just filling a plot of land.
