- Alankar Concept: Mood boards and conceptual sketches focusing on the narrative of the building.
- 3D Exterior Renders: High-resolution day and night views of the facade featuring signature elements like exposed brickwork and vertical louvers (up to 3 revisions).
Statutory & Liasoning Drawings
- Authority Submission: Preparation of all drawings required for building permit/sanction per Noida bye-laws (FAR calculations, setbacks, height restrictions).

Construction Documentation (GFC)

Poetry and practicality can go hand in hand. For me, architecture isn’t just about concrete or glass - it’s about creating spaces that actually say something. I call this approach 'Alankar': thinking of architecture as poetry, mixing emotion and function so people want to be there, not just work there.
Design that Breathes
There's already enough boring glass boxes out there. I try to break that pattern by designing buildings that feel alive and make sense for the people in them. My focus is always on sustainable office building design and energy-efficient commercial spaces, because nobody wants to sit in a heat trap or a cave.
- Solar passive architecture: Using sunlight smartly means less need for AC or artificial lights.
- Climate-responsive facades: West-facing walls get special treatment, like vertical louvers or fins, so spaces stay cool and don’t look like every other building on the block.
- Natural ventilation: Stack and cross-ventilation methods help cut down on energy bills and keep the air fresh.
Material Mix, My Signature
I’m a fan of combining exposed brick (not just for looks, it keeps temps steady) with modern glass. It’s a mix of old-school and new-school, giving every project its own character.
What I Work On
Most of my projects are around Noida and Greater Noida. I’ve done everything from high-rise corporate towers to green tech park architecture, industrial units aiming for green certification, and mixed-use spaces that bring together offices, retail, and even hotels.

Architecture kinda crept up on me, you know? Rafta rafta woh meri hasti ka saaman ho gaye (slowly, it became the essence of my being). I look at the glass jungle everywhere and feel restless. For me, it’s not just about concrete, it’s about making spaces that breathe and last. I call it Alankar – turning lines and materials into poetry. Seeing Technopolis still alive after 18 years, that’s the real joy. I want every project to have its own story.
