- FAR Optimization: Strategic massing to maximize sellable area within Noida/Greater Noida Authority bylaws.
- Visualisation: Photorealistic 3D renders showing day, night, and landscape views.
Technical Documentation
- Sanction Drawings: Preparation of all architectural drawings required for municipal approvals and code compliance.
- Facade Engineering: Detailed sections for complex elements like vertical louvers, exposed brick patterns, and curtain wall fixings.
- GFC Drawings: Comprehensive set including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and door/window schedules.
- Coordination: Integration of Structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs into the architectural master plan.
Execution Support
- Material Selection: Definition of exterior palettes focusing on durable blends of glass, stone, and brick.
- Site Supervision: Fortnightly inspections to verify design intent, specifically checking brick bonds and facade alignment.
Institutional Campus Master Planning
Master Planning
- Zoning Strategy: Holistic layout design for academic blocks, administrative zones, and recreational areas.
- Traffic Flow: Designing vehicular drop-off points separated from pedestrian-heavy zones.
- Landscape Integration: Design of breathing spaces including lawns, outdoor seating, and amphitheatres.
Design & Renovation
- Retrofit Strategy: Structural assessment and design overlays to modernize existing brick structures with glass/steel facades.
- New Construction: Complete architectural design for new wings or departments matching the campus aesthetic.
- Sustainable Envelope: Implementation of deep recesses, overhangs, and vertical fins to reduce air-conditioning loads.
Common Areas & Oversight
- Spatial Planning: Layout design for high-interaction zones like lobbies, canteens, and libraries.
- Material Specs: Selection of low-maintenance, high-traffic materials such as terrazzo, granite, and exposed concrete.
- Site Mentorship: Monthly review meetings during critical construction phases to ensure execution quality.
About Mixed-Use & Institutional Architecture
Why I Design the Way I Do
For me, architecture is like writing poetry – every building tells its own story. I don’t just chase glass towers. I look for ‘alankar’ (beauty with meaning) in every project, whether I’m working on a city campus or a huge mixed-use block. My aim is simple: spaces should feel alive, welcoming, and true to the people using them.
What I Create
- Mixed-use spaces where offices, homes, and shops blend into the city, not just stand apart.
- Institutional buildings that don’t feel cold or boring – places that inspire learning and growth.
- Designs that keep sustainability at the core. Solar passive techniques, smart facades, and green corners are always part of my thinking.
Some work I’m proud of:
- The Bougainvillea, Noida: Shops and offices in one, with green nooks and public seating.
- College Campus, Greater Noida: Old brick meets new glass – a mix of history and today.
- Technopolis IT Hub: Built to last, still buzzing after nearly two decades.
How I Approach Each Project
- I mix materials – brick, glass, steel – for buildings that feel both solid and fresh.
- Facades aren’t just for show. I design them to cut heat, grab natural light, and let the building breathe.
- Every project, whether a small adaptive reuse in educational buildings or a bold urban mixed-use development, gets the same care.
My work isn’t about flashy trends. It’s about spaces that make sense, last long, and feel right to walk into, every single day.

My Story
Architecture kinda crept up on me, you know? Rafta rafta woh meri hasti ka saaman ho gaye (slowly, it became the essence of my being). I look at the glass jungle everywhere and feel restless. For me, it’s not just about concrete, it’s about making spaces that breathe and last. I call it Alankar – turning lines and materials into poetry. Seeing Technopolis still alive after 18 years, that’s the real joy. I want every project to have its own story.
