From Blueprint to Building: Our Construction Journey
Architecture is more than just drawings. It is the reality of the build. Here is how we turn concepts into standing structures, one brick at a time.

About From Blueprint to Building
It is one thing to draw a curved facade on a screen, but another to achieve that geometry on site. When you see our work in progress, such as this cafe in Noida, you are seeing the precise alignment of vertical fins and load-bearing brickwork that we monitor daily to ensure the final finish matches the design intent exactly.
Construction is the ultimate test of our architectural philosophy. Translating a 3D render into a physical structure requires rigorous site coordination. We manage this through Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, which provide exact details for civil contractors regarding material specifications and structural grids. Whether we are planning a complex curved facade for a cafe or maximizing floor area ratio for a commercial tower, our role involves bridging the gap between the vision and the reality of materials like steel, glass, and exposed brick.
Our site visits are not just for inspection. They are critical for ensuring that technical elements, such as solar passive fins and mechanical shafts, are executed to meet our energy-efficiency goals. This stage is where our concept of 'Alankar' meets the hard reality of engineering. We focus on the discipline of the build to ensure the longevity of the structure is never compromised. By overseeing the workflow from the first foundation pour to the final facade cladding, we ensure that every building we design remains a coherent and functional space for years to come.
