- Mandatory Pose Breakdown: Detailed dissection of 7-8 mandatory poses including Front Relaxed, Side Chest, and Back Double Biceps.
- Structural Adjustments: Techniques to hide flaws, such as specific foot placement or waist twisting.
- Isometric Endurance: Drills to hold poses without shaking.
Facility & Environment
- Gym Access: Session conducted at a specific bodybuilding gym with professional mirrors and lighting.
- Stage Simulation: Practice done in posing trunks (client must bring) to assess muscle visibility.
Analysis & Feedback
- Video Recording: Recording of poses from the Judge's angle for immediate critique.
- Costume Critique: Advice on the cut and fit of the posing trunk.
- Breathing Protocols: Instruction on diaphragmatic breathing to keep the core tight.

- Stamina Building: Running the routine back-to-back to simulate pre-judging and finals fatigue.

Virtual Assessment
- Live Video Correction: Real-time feedback via video call. Client must have a tripod setup.
- Lighting Auditing: Instruction on room lighting setup to ensure check-in photos and videos are accurate.
- Conditioning Check: Direct assessment of body fat levels and water retention visible on camera.
Digital Coaching
- Verbal Breakdown: Precise verbal instruction on angles and rotation.
- Comparison Analysis: Review of current form against previous stage photos to track improvements.
- Q&A Session: Dedicated time for questions regarding stage presence, tanning, and nerves.
About Posing Coaching
I’ve seen it all on stage - the highs, the heartbreaks, and the kadwa sach (bitter truth) that posing can make or break your rank. You might have a killer physique, but if your posing is off, judges won’t even notice your hard work.

- I’ll show you how to mask weak spots, so you look your best from every angle.
- Stage presence is everything. I’ll teach you how to own the spotlight, make eye contact, and show real confidence.
What We’ll Cover
- We’ll break down every mandatory pose for your category. Small technical fixes can make a huge fark (difference) to judges.
- Your Individual Posing Routine (IPR) will be crafted to tell your story on stage. It’s a sadhana (disciplined practice), not just a set of moves.
- I’ll give you honest feedback, hands-on corrections, and the science behind every pose.

My Story
Log medals dekhte hain, IFBB Pro bolte hain, par asli kahani koi nahi jaanta. 13 saal se gym, engineering, Infosys ki job - sab saath chala, par junoon kabhi chhoda nahi. Saalon tak akela competitions lada, haar bhi khayi, log hans bhi diye. Par wahi haar jeet ka raasta bana. Bodybuilding mera junoon hai, lekin atma ki shanti toh Prabhu Ram aur Hanuman ji ki bhakti me milti hai. Aur aaj, meri sabse badi taaqat meri wife hai.
