Correcting a client's Side Chest pose. We focus on foot placement at the 11 o'clock position and using the back knee to push the hamstring forward. It's about showing width, not just squeezing the serratus.
With my client, India's first transgender bodybuilder Aryan Pasha, we are perfecting his classic physique poses. Every athlete's body is different, and my job is to find the angles and transitions that make them look their absolute best.
Posing is not one-size-fits-all. In this session, I explain to my client Deepak that his routine must be tailored to his unique body type. In just two sessions, I guarantee you will see a huge difference in how you present your physique.
Training alongside a legend like Mukesh Gahlot is always a learning experience. Here, I am spotting him and also taking time to refine my own posing. The journey of improvement never ends, even for a coach.
I am proud to be the posing coach for Aryan Pasha, India's first transgender bodybuilder. His journey is a testament to the power of dedication, and I ensure his stage presence is as powerful as his story.
It is an honor when fellow athletes and coaches recognize the work that goes into my craft. Here, a client mentions me as his posing coach, alongside his prep coach Guradesh Mann. A good team is essential for success.
About Hands-On Coaching: My Process
Posing is not just striking a pose. It is about structural manipulation. Whether you are prepping for Classic Physique or Open Bodybuilding, your angles determine your rank. I focus on finding your specific body type's advantages and hiding the weak spots. Within just two sessions, I guarantee you will see a massive difference in how your physique reads to the judges.
Most athletes arrive on stage with great conditioning but lose because they cannot display their hard work. Judges look for flow, symmetry, and confidence. In my 1-on-1 sessions at my South Delhi gym, we start with a blank slate. We fix the basics like 11 o'clock foot placement for the Side Chest pose, ensuring the back knee pushes the hamstring correctly without compromising symmetry. We work on isometric endurance so you do not shake during comparison rounds.
If we are building your Individual Posing Routine, we choreograph every transition to match your music and personality. This is not about memorizing a sequence. It is about learning to control your breathing, where to look, and how to maintain intensity through the entire round. Whether you need a full choreography package or just a technical audit of your mandatory poses, my goal is to make sure you do not lose points because of poor execution. Remember, this is a sadhana, a disciplined practice. If you are serious about winning, we can work together.
