The Blunt Truth
Main seedha bolta hoon (I speak straight). If you want a shortcut or a quick fix, I’m not your guy. Bodybuilding contest prep is not natural, and it’s not easy. It’s a full-time grind, a lifestyle, and it takes years of hard work - not months.
My Approach: The 3 D’s
Dedication, Determination, Discipline. I earned my IFBB Pro card after 6 years and 12 shows. Losing taught me more than winning ever did. Haar ke hi jeet aati hai (You win only after losing). I coach with this mindset - pushing you to find your weaknesses and turn them into strengths.

I’m not just counting reps. I manage everything that goes into building a champion:
- Customized training and nutrition plans
- Safe PED protocols for athletes, with full education and blood work monitoring for competitors
- Stage posing coaching for bodybuilders, including routine development and backstage strategy
Training & Nutrition: No Nonsense
We stick to heavy basics, 10-12 reps, and intensity. No random workouts for fun. I’ll help you find the form that suits your body, not some textbook version. Off-season bodybuilding strategy is about staying close to stage weight and building real muscle, not just bulking up.
Nutrition is about fueling growth. Expect big meals, whole foods, and smart supplements. No starving, no shortcuts.
The Real Stuff: PEDs & Health
Pro bodybuilding needs PEDs. I’ll guide you on safe, stable dosing - less is more. Health comes first, so we’ll keep a close eye on your blood work and use supplements for gut health and detox.
Posing: Where You Win or Lose
Posing is an art. I’ll teach you how to show off your strengths and hide your weak spots. Even a couple of sessions will change your stage presence.

My Story
Log medals dekhte hain, IFBB Pro bolte hain, par asli kahani koi nahi jaanta. 13 saal se gym, engineering, Infosys ki job - sab saath chala, par junoon kabhi chhoda nahi. Saalon tak akela competitions lada, haar bhi khayi, log hans bhi diye. Par wahi haar jeet ka raasta bana. Bodybuilding mera junoon hai, lekin atma ki shanti toh Prabhu Ram aur Hanuman ji ki bhakti me milti hai. Aur aaj, meri sabse badi taaqat meri wife hai.
