On the Pro Stage: My Competition Journey
Bodybuilding is a sadhana, not a shortcut. Here is the conditioning, posing, and stage presence that earned me my IFBB Pro status.
This is my individual posing routine from the Sheru Classic 2025, the competition where I won my IFBB Pro status. Every pose, every transition tells a story of years of hard work.
Raw footage from the comparison round at the Sheru Classic. This is where the real battle is won or lost. You can see me hitting all the mandatory poses, from the front double bicep to the abdominal thigh.
The "Most Muscular" pose. This is where you show the judges everything you've got. The feeling of being on stage, under the lights, after months of prep is indescribable.
The iconic Front Double Biceps pose on the pro-qualifier stage. This shot captures the symmetry, muscle fullness, and conditioning that I strive for and teach.
The Back Double Biceps pose. This is what wins big shows. The detail in the back, from the traps down to the glutes, is a result of relentless training and a scientific approach to prep.
Another look at the back, this time in a studio shoot. The key is to build a complete posterior chain. I help athletes develop the mind-muscle connection needed to display this level of detail on stage.

My complete posing routine from the NPC Nationals in Chennai, where I became the Overall Bodybuilding Champion. I never use a salt or water cut, relying on minimal diuretics and precise conditioning.

About On the Pro Stage: My Competition Journey
Bodybuilding is not a three-month course. Looking at my stage photos, you see the result of years of work. But what you do not see is the precision: the specific angle of a lat spread, the breathing control in a vacuum, and the conditioning that comes from zero gimmicks. If you want to own the stage, we do not just train. We refine every detail until you are dialed in.
Stage presence is the difference between placing and winning. Judges look for conditioning, but they score on presentation. In my years of competing, from the NPC Nationals to Sheru Classic, I have learned that your posing routine is your story. It is a sadhana, a disciplined practice, not just a set of mandatory poses.
My approach to competition prep is scientific. I do not believe in radical salt or water cuts that jeopardize health. Instead, we focus on:
- Muscle Memory: Physical manipulation of limb angles and hip tilts to showcase your best assets.
- Stage Presence: Training eye contact, confidence, and diaphragmatic breathing to maintain that tight core even under fatigue.
- Custom Routine Design: Building a 60-90 second routine that tells a story and peaks at the music crescendo.
Whether you are prepping for your first show or your tenth, my goal is to help you present a physique that is peeled, symmetrical, and confident. We will work on your Front Double Biceps, Most Muscular, and Back poses until they are second nature. If you are serious about your prep and ready to embrace the 3Ds—Dedication, Determination, and Discipline—let us work.
