Fitness isn't a three-month course, it’s a sadhana. This is my journey—tracking my conditioning, weight, and the science behind my growth seasons and stage prep.

A 10-days-out update. My body weight is 98.6 kgs, and I am focused on hardness and conditioning. I show my full nutrition plan and PED protocol, proving you don't need to starve yourself to get shredded.

My final update, 3 days out from the Sheru Classic. Body weight is 96 kgs, and I am still consuming over 350 grams of carbs. My method is about working with the body, not against it.

Four weeks out from the Sheru Classic. A lot of hard work is still to be done, but the conditioning is coming in. This is the phase where discipline is tested the most.

The abdominal and thigh pose, four weeks out. I did not even know I had 8 packs until now. This is the result of a precise nutrition plan and consistent training.

Five weeks out from the Sheru Classic. Practicing my back relaxed and front double biceps poses. Constant practice is key to making the poses look effortless on stage.

The goal this time is "onion skin." This is my back double biceps, five weeks out, at 101 kgs. The focus is on bringing unparalleled detail and dryness.

Front double biceps, five weeks out. Even at 101 kgs, the abs are visible and the V-taper is prominent. This is what a structured off-season and prep can do.

Six weeks out from Amateur Olympia. The back double biceps pose can make or break your placing. I am focusing hard on nailing it to the core. Body weight is 106 kgs.

Seven weeks out from Amateur Olympia. Shredding week 5, body weight at 105.5 kgs. The process is slow and steady to preserve muscle mass while dropping body fat.

Nine weeks out, body weight 108 kgs. I will not lose, I know this. Even when I feel broken, I will keep fighting. This one life cannot be spent in regret.

About The 'Sadhana': Off-Season & Prep Updates

You see the 110 kg physique in these photos, but you don't see the specific markers I monitor daily to keep body fat low while adding mass. I don't just 'lift heavy'—I track every gram of carbohydrates and manage inflammation through precise blood-work monitoring. If you're wondering how I stay lean while growing, it's not genetics; it's math and discipline applied to the body.

People see the medals and the IFBB Pro card, but they don't see the 13 years of silent work. This cluster is my personal archive of 'Sadhana'—the disciplined, scientific process of bodybuilding.

The Science of Prep

Competition prep isn't about starvation. In my updates, you’ll see me eating 350g+ of carbohydrates even three days out from a show. My philosophy relies on working with the body’s metabolic rate rather than against it. Whether I’m at 96 kg nearing a show or 114 kg in a growth season, the goal is always 'onion skin' conditioning and quality muscle density.

Beyond the Mirror

I am transparent about my protocols because bodybuilding needs more honesty. My off-season isn't a free-for-all; it's a strategic period where I monitor PED protocols to use the minimum effective dosage. Why use more when you can grow with less? This is the core of my coaching: if your body is in a chronically inflamed state, it isn't building muscle—it’s just retaining water.

Training Philosophy

I don’t believe in high-rep 'pump' sessions that leave you fatigued without progress. My training remains heavy—in the 10-12 rep range—even when I am depleted. This preserves muscle mass when body fat is critically low. If you are looking for shortcuts or a magic pill, you are in the wrong place. But if you want to understand the mechanics of building a physique that stands up on an international stage, follow this journey.
