- Ready for Labor: Massages help keep muscles supple and support better blood flow. With some luck, this means a smoother delivery.
- Mindful Pregnancy Support: Stress is real during pregnancy. I blend massage, gentle prenatal yoga routines, and simple mindfulness so you feel less anxious and sleep better.
- Bonding: Those gentle belly massages? They’re a sweet way for you and baby to connect, especially as your little one gets more sensitive to touch.
Simple Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle
- I’ll walk you through natural pregnancy diet tips like eating small, frequent meals for nausea and using turmeric milk for immunity.
- Yes, you can have some chai or coffee (up to 200mg caffeine a day).
- Staying active (even a short walk), plus proper sleep, really helps mood and energy.
Extra Support
- If you’re struggling with posture or pelvic pain, I also bring in physiotherapy, including pelvic floor strengthening for pregnancy.
