If you’re dealing with back pain, hip aches, or just feeling uncomfortable, I’ve got specific moves to help.
Partner Involvement
Your partner’s not just tagging along - I actually teach them how to help you in the birth room, like massage and counter-pressure tricks. It’s about making them your support, not just a bystander.
After Birth: Recovery and Real Talk
Postpartum isn’t all cuddles. I help you with diastasis recti recovery, rebuilding your core, and handling those rough days when your mood tanks. You can bring your baby to classes (no one minds a little crying here!). Everyone shares, supports, and no one judges.
