You will notice that our classes don’t focus on how deep you can stretch or how perfectly you hold a pose. Instead, we emphasize pranayama and meditation to help you move from a place of awareness, ensuring you leave the mat feeling refreshed rather than physically depleted. Whether you are a total beginner or getting back to your practice, we guide you at a pace where breath leads movement, not ego.
We teach traditional Sivananda Hatha Yoga, a practice that balances movement with stillness. Whether we are in a studio in Delhi or at your office for a wellness session, our approach remains the same: we use the breath as a guide to connect the body and the mind. You will find that our sequences are accessible for everyone, including those who have never touched a yoga mat.
We often start by focusing on simple movements to open up the body, addressing the stiffness that comes from sitting at a desk all day, before transitioning into guided relaxation. This helps you build strength and flexibility naturally, without the pressure of having to look like an advanced practitioner. We believe yoga is a sadhana, a personal journey, which is why we keep our groups small or manage them carefully. Our goal is to help you feel strong and happy in your own skin, not to perform for others.
