About Outdoor Yoga & Community Events
We specialize in managing larger groups in open spaces, ensuring that whether you are in a park or a hotel lawn, the flow remains calm and accessible. We bring a dual-instructor approach to these sessions, so while one of us guides the breath and movement, the other walks around to offer gentle corrections and keep the energy grounded.
Practicing yoga outdoors changes the entire dynamic of a group session. It allows us to move away from the confines of an office and reconnect with the present moment. Our sessions for community events and corporate offsites typically run for 60 to 90 minutes, blending traditional Hatha yoga with pranayama and meditation.
We structure these sessions to be inclusive of all levels. You do not need to be flexible or have previous experience to join. We focus on foundational postures, like Adho Mukha Svanasana or Bhujangasana, which help release the tension built up from sitting at desks for long hours. We conclude every session with Savasana, a vital practice of conscious relaxation that helps participants leave feeling rested and clear-headed.
To ensure a smooth experience for larger groups, we require a few basics from your end, such as a PA system with a microphone and a clear space for mats. Because we manage crowds of 50 to 100 plus, our dual-instructor format is standard. This ensures that every attendee feels seen and supported throughout the practice. Whether you are planning an International Yoga Day event, a team-building offsite, or a wellness morning for your society, we are here to guide you through a session that focuses on breathing and finding joy, or ānanda, in movement.
