About

Why I Started This

I wanted a place where girls and women can work out, feel safe, and just be themselves. Here, I’m like your didi (elder sister) - always cheering for you, sometimes pushing you, but never letting you feel alone. The vibe is real - lots of laughs, serious sweat, and that full-on group energy.

What Happens in Class

  • Every session is about results, not just random moves. I mix strength training, a bit of aerobics, and some CrossFit style stuff. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, tires, and sometimes just your own body weight.
  • Boredom isn’t allowed. The routine changes, so you won’t ever feel, “yeh toh same hai roz ka” (it’s the same every day).
  • When you feel that “mast paseena” (awesome sweat), you know you’re getting stronger.

Different bodies, different targets. I make personalized fitness plans for girls - whether you’re new or already strong. Want strong arms, toned legs, or a killer core? We’ll work on it, together.

How We Do It

My Story

Hi, I’m Preeti from West Delhi, founder of Pretty Looks. Here, we’re more like family than gym buddies. We laugh, we dance, we celebrate Holi and Lohri together, and yes, we sweat it out too! No judgment, just support. Girls come here, try Bhangra, make friends, and leave feeling younger, stronger, and full of confidence. That’s what keeps me going. Yeh jagah apni hai, yahan sirf positive vibes (this place is ours, only positive vibes here).

My Work

What we offer - Body shaping exercise for women, aerobics, Zumba, Bhangra dance workouts, Pilates, strength & conditioning, and group dance fitness sessions. Morning and evening batches, online or offline.

Ladies only space - Safe, comfy, and supportive. Just women and girls, no awkwardness, only encouragement.

Personal touch, always - Even in a group, I notice everyone. High energy, fun workouts, real results you can see.

Never boring, always fun - One day Bhangra twist, next day dumbbells. We mix it up, so you never get bored and always keep moving.
