Using props isn't just about making the gym look interesting; it is about fixing your balance and engaging muscles you don't use on a flat floor. Whether we are doing incline planks on a step or balancing on a Bosu ball to fire up your core, these tools force you to control every single movement. I keep the props rotating so your body never hits a plateau, and frankly, so you do not get bored.

Why stick to just dumbbells when you can challenge your stability? My sessions at the Ashok Nagar studio are not just about repetition; they are about functional strength. Some days we focus on high-energy step aerobics for cardio, and other days we use the equipment for slow, controlled strength training to really target those problem areas. Every movement is done with safety in mind, especially for beginners. We are in this together, and I will be there to correct your form so you get the most out of every minute.
