About Core, Abs & Floor Workouts

We do not just do endless crunches on a mat. I mix things up using medicine balls, Bosu balls, and dumbbells to keep your midsection guessing. You will feel that 'mast paseena' (awesome sweat) because we constantly rotate these floor routines so your core stability actually improves, instead of just getting bored with the same old moves.

Building a strong core is about more than just aesthetics; it is about functional stability. My floor workout sessions are designed to move beyond basic crunches. Whether we are using medicine balls for rotational strength or Bosu balls to challenge your balance, every minute on the mat is calculated to fire up your obliques, rectus abdominis, and lower back.

We follow a strict policy against monotony. One day might involve high-intensity tabata-style ab circuits, while the next focuses on slow, controlled Pilates-inspired movements to build endurance. We keep the equipment diverse—tire flipping, battle ropes, and weight plates are often integrated into our core circuits to ensure you are not just getting a toned midsection, but also building the strength to handle daily life.

Since these sessions are held in our Ashok Nagar studio, you are surrounded by other women who are all here for the same goal. No judgment, just encouragement. If you are struggling with form, I am there to provide one-on-one spot correction. These classes are perfect for anyone looking to fix their posture, reduce back pain, or simply gain the confidence that comes with a stronger, more capable body.
