I teach self-defense that works. Here, we practice a simple but effective "block, grip, attack" drill, building the muscle memory needed to react confidently under pressure.
Our girls are second to none. This powerful knockout kick in a competition setting shows the strength and fighting spirit we nurture in all our students.
As a coach, I am right there in the middle of the action. I guide my students through every sparring match, teaching them strategy, courage, and sportsmanship.
Flexibility is key to powerful kicks. We push our students to achieve their best, like with this assisted split stretch, which builds the foundation for advanced Taekwondo techniques.
Technique is everything. I believe in breaking down every move, like this kick, to ensure my students understand the form perfectly. As I always say, "kick मारते time, waist घुमाना mat भूलना".
A coach's job goes beyond just teaching moves. It's about being there for your students, offering support and guidance through every challenge, both in and out of the ring.

I am a 3rd Dan Black Belt from Kukkiwon, but that is not why my students stick around. They stay because I am invested in their growth. As I always say, 'Bas ek Coach hi toh hai jise aapke haar ya jeet dono se fark padta hai.' (It's only the coach who is affected by both your win and your loss.) Whether you are a parent looking for a disciplined environment for your child or an adult wanting to get fit and learn self-defense, you are joining a family. We work hard, we sweat, and we grow together.

I am Tejas Pingale, a 3rd Dan Black Belt. Coaching is my life, not just my job. I treat every student like family, pushing them to be stronger and more disciplined because I know exactly what they are capable of achieving.
