About Sparring & Competition (Kyorugi)

Sparring isn't just about fighting; it’s about testing your reactions under pressure. In these sessions, we use full chest guards and headgear, focusing on controlled contact (Kyorugi) rather than reckless swinging. You will learn to spot openings, manage your distance, and keep your composure when the pressure is on. It’s the ultimate test of your training, and I am right there on the sidelines ensuring you push yourself without crossing the line into bad form.
