We train in an open-hall setting at Asmita Club using professional-grade EVA mats, which means our environment is built for high-cardio intensity rather than indoor climate control. Our group sessions for 15 to 25 students are designed to build a real team dynamic, ensuring you aren't just learning moves in isolation but sparring and training alongside fellow fighters.
