Taekwondo Coaching and Championship Training
From first kicks to state level gold medals, I coach students of all ages to build confidence, self-defense skills, and a champion mindset right here in Mumbai.
This is what it's all about. Watch my student Ronit Jadhav in a tough Kyurogi match during the CICSE National Games. The focus, the speed, the spirit, this is the result of countless hours of Taekwondo tournament training.
The results speak for themselves. I am so proud to share the achievements of my students from the DSO School Games Taekwondo Championship, where we brought home 6 gold, 6 silver, and 1 bronze medal.
A proud moment with two of my champions, Asit Brahmane and Yohansh Vyas. Both won gold medals at the Sub-Junior State championship and were selected to represent us at the Nationals. This is the joy of coaching.
Power and precision in every kick. Here you can see one of my students practicing speed kicking drills on a pad. This kind of one on one coaching is key to building the explosive power needed for competitive sparring.
Discipline in motion. Our students are practicing their Poomsae, or forms, together as a group. This synchronized training builds focus and ensures every movement is sharp and correct according to the official Kukkiwon curriculum.
Our team representing Maharashtra at the Sub Junior National Championship. It's an honor to see my students Asit and Yohansh reach this level. We are a family that supports each other on the biggest stages.
It all starts here. Watch my youngest students, some under six years old, learning the basics with focus and energy. We build a strong foundation of discipline and skill from the very first day of Taekwondo training.
About this collection
I focus on the official Kukkiwon curriculum, which means whether we are working on Kyurogi sparring or Poomsae forms, everything leads to genuine, recognized belt gradings. Most parents bring their children to me because they want to see progress beyond basic exercise, so expect real sweat, rigorous speed kicking drills, and a environment where we treat every tournament like the Olympics.
How We Train
My classes are not just about showing up, they are about building a path to competition. Whether you are a beginner or aiming for the DSO and national circuit, my method stays the same: disciplined practice.
- Sparring (Kyurogi): We practice offensive and defensive footwork using paddles and chest guards. It is high intensity, and it is how we win.
- Forms (Poomsae): This builds the technical foundation. Stance correction is non-negotiable here because your form is what the judges see first.
- Conditioning: You will go through agility ladder drills and plyometrics. We train the body to be explosive.
Why Join Us?
Taekwondo is a sport, but it is also a life skill. I have been teaching for 10 years, and I have seen students who started as shy beginners go on to win gold at the state and national levels. When you train with me, you are not just a student, you are part of a team that travels to tournaments and supports each other. I also provide administrative guidance for students competing in DSO games, ensuring your hard work counts toward school sports marks.
Our Locations
I operate across multiple spots in Mumbai and Thane, including Khar West, Tardeo, Wadala, and Dombivli. We keep the groups manageable to ensure every student gets correction on their kicks and technique. If you are ready to work hard, I am ready to coach you.
