About Our Champions: Competition Success
To reach the podium at state and national tournaments, we move beyond basic patterns. My competition batch focuses on high-intensity Kyorugi sparring, electronic scoring tactics, and endurance drills tailored for three-round matches. If you are serious about entering the competitive circuit, this is the environment where we refine your technique for the mat.
At Taureaux, competitive success is not about winning trophies but about the process. Whether aiming for the CISCE regional games or the Khelo India Women's League, the preparation remains consistent. My competition coaching is designed for those who treat Taekwondo as a lifestyle rather than a casual hobby.
We focus heavily on Kyorugi sparring under World Taekwondo rules. Students learn to handle the pressure of the ring, understand the nuances of electronic scoring, and maintain stamina for three-round matches. Beyond the physical, I emphasize board breaking and mental conditioning to ensure that when you face an opponent, your response is instinctive.
Training is rigorous. We hold 5 to 6 sessions per week, with a focus on high-volume cardio, shuttle runs, and micro-movement drills. I guide students through the tactical side of the sport, helping them read their opponents and adapt their strategy mid-match. This is a space for individuals ready to commit to the demands of professional-level training.
If you are new to the competitive circuit, we start with foundation building, gradually introducing tournament-specific conditioning. Remember that consistency is the only way to progress. What seems impossible during your first sparring session will become your warm-up after months of disciplined practice. I am here to facilitate that transformation.
