Yoga for Posture & Flexibility

My classes emphasize proper alignment inspired by Iyengar yoga to improve posture and increase flexibility in the back, shoulders, and hips. We work on foundational poses that open up the body, relieve stiffness, and build a strong foundation for your practice.

Mindful Practice & Meditation

Every session includes dedicated time for pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation to help you find mental clarity and reduce stress. The goal is to connect with your inner quiet, syncing your mind and body to feel present and alive in every moment.
