These moments aren't just about accolades; they are milestones in our journey toward making holistic, plant-based wellness mainstream for every Indian household.

I was so happy to receive the "Womenpreneur Achievers Award 2024" on Women's Day. This picture shows me on stage with other incredible women entrepreneurs, a moment of shared success and inspiration.

Speaking on a panel at the Womenpreneur Achievers Awards was a wonderful experience. It's always powerful to share insights and stories with a room full of aspiring women leaders.

This event poster from the "She Arises" initiative by B.PAC was for a wonderful opportunity to showcase KuKClean. It's always a pleasure to connect with the community and share my passion for clean, plant-based products.

It was an honor to be featured in the Member Spotlight for the Heroines Bengaluru Chapter. This feature beautifully captures my mission to revolutionize snacking and empower others through my personal wellness journey.

Standing in front of the iconic IIM Bangalore sign, feeling nostalgic and energized. This institution gave me the tools and confidence to turn my passion into a business, and I'm thrilled to be back to learn and grow even more.

Seeing my name plate at the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program at IIMB was a surreal moment. It's a reminder of how far I've come and the incredible journey of entrepreneurship.

I am proud to share this moment of receiving my completion certificate for the #GS10K program at IIM Bangalore. This journey has been about resilience, scaling a business, and the power of networking with fellow women entrepreneurs.

Dressed in a red saree, feeling proud and grateful on the beautiful IIMB campus. This program transformed my passion project into a real business, and I'm excited for what's next.

About In the Media: Awards & Recognition

Being recognised at institutions like IIM Bangalore or receiving the Womenpreneur award wasn't just about the trophy on my shelf. It was the moment I realized that my simple kitchen experiments—the ones I started after struggling with my own post-pregnancy health—actually had the power to change how women view their wellness. It proved that our traditional Indian habits aren't outdated; they are the solution we’ve been looking for all along.

When I started my journey as a nutritionist, I didn't have a plan for fame or awards. I was a computer engineer who had just gained 28 kgs and felt completely lost. I just wanted to get healthy in a way that felt like home—eating dal, chawal, and roti—not some fancy Western fad.

Getting featured in the media or being incubated at IIM Bangalore for my venture, KuKClean, was a surreal 'full-circle' moment. It validated that this 'sasti-sundar-tikau' approach to plant-based nutrition isn't just a personal hack; it is a movement. Whether I am speaking on a panel about the future of food or sharing my story on a podcast with Shradha Sharma, my goal remains the same: to bust the myths surrounding weight loss and show women that healing doesn't require starvation.

These recognitions represent a community of women who have chosen to trust their roots. They are for everyone who realizes that hormonal health, gut reset, and sustainable weight management start in the kitchen, not a lab. If you are looking for coaching that respects your culture while helping you reach your health goals, you are in the right place.

I’m Kirti. I didn't start this journey to win awards; I started it because I was a tired mom looking for a way to get healthy without giving up the comfort food I loved. Seeing my work featured and recognized just proves that when we go back to our roots, we find real, lasting health.
