I often tell my clients, 'Young nahi, fit bano.' We live in a world obsessed with quick fixes, detox teas, and imported avocados. But look back at our roots—our grandmothers stayed healthy on dal-roti-sabzi. That is the philosophy I advocate for. My work, which has been featured across platforms like Femina, is built on the belief that your diet should fit your life, not the other way around.
