I didn't start as a nutritionist. I was a mom struggling with 28kgs of post-pregnancy weight. This is how I ditched the crash diets and found my way back to health using simple, Indian roots.

My journey wasn't planned. I was a Computer Science Engineer who found herself 28 kgs overweight after pregnancy. That's when I discovered the power of a plant-based lifestyle, lost the weight, and found my true calling. Everything I teach, I've lived myself. This is my story, and I believe it can be a part of yours too.

This was me. I remember feeling lost and uncomfortable in my own skin, struggling with post-pregnancy weight. This picture reminds me of how far I've come, not just in weight, but in strength and self-belief.

This is me now, living a life I once dreamed of. This transformation wasn't about crash diets or magic pills. It was about returning to simple, local Indian food and building habits that nourish my body and soul.

Healthy eating shouldn't be complicated. This is the simple 4-step formula I use for a balanced plate every time. It's about adding nourishing foods, not just restricting. This visual guide shows you how to build a meal with the right whole grains, plant-based proteins, cooked vegetables, and raw salads.

So many of us ask, "How do I heal?" I've learned that true healing goes beyond just food. It's a holistic journey that includes mindful movement, quiet meditation, and connecting with nature. In my programs, I guide you week by week to build these small, powerful habits for a complete transformation.

The health industry is full of confusing messages. This is the propaganda I've learned to ignore as a nutritionist. Real health is simple, and it doesn't come from a magic superfood or extreme diet. It comes from consistent, sensible choices.

Being a mother is what started this journey, and it's what keeps me grounded. This is my 'why'. I want to build a healthy future for my daughter and help other women do the same for themselves and their families.

Receiving the "Womenpreneur Achievers Award" was a moment that reminded me why I do what I do. It's an honor to be recognized for helping women find their strength and health. This award belongs to every woman who has trusted me with her journey.

About Featured

Most people assume I lost the weight because I stopped eating. In reality, it was about fixing my gut health with the local, plant-based foods I had been ignoring. You don't need expensive, imported superfoods to start; you just need to unlearn the 'Western is better' myth and embrace the dal-chawal staples we all grew up with.
