I believe wellness at work shouldn't be another boring lecture. In my sessions, I focus on interactive, practical discussions about real-world health challenges, from managing diabetes and PCOS with food to understanding how to build a lifestyle that supports you, even on the busiest days.

Eating healthy feels complicated, but it doesn't have to be. I teach a simple 4-step formula to build a balanced, nourishing plate using everyday Indian ingredients. It's a practical tool that employees can start using from day one to improve their energy and health.

There is so much misinformation about health. As a nutritionist, I am committed to busting these myths, from the idea that you need meat for protein to the belief that a plant-based diet is expensive. My approach is rooted in science and traditional wisdom, not fads.

Completing the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program at IIM Bangalore was a milestone that reinforced my mission. It's a privilege to combine my passion for nutrition with solid business principles to create wellness programs that deliver real, sustainable impact for organizations.

My journey into nutrition started with my own corporate life and a 28 kg weight loss. This personal experience is the foundation of my work. I understand the pressures of a demanding job, and I share my story to show that making small, consistent changes is the true path to health.

Stress and burnout are major concerns in the corporate world. A huge part of my wellness programs focuses on simple, actionable ways to manage stress, from mindful breathing exercises to understanding the powerful link between the food on your plate and your mental well-being.

Change happens in a community. Whether it's an interactive workshop or the free WhatsApp support group I create for employees after a session, building a supportive environment is key. Here I am with an inspiring group at a Godrej Women Entrepreneurship Program.

Beyond food and diet, I always remind my clients of three things: perfection is an illusion, consistency is your superpower, and it's never too late to start. Your health journey is about progress, not perfection, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
