This is a glimpse into a typical Reformer Pilates session at my studio. Here, two clients perform synchronized movements that challenge their balance, coordination, and core strength. The focus is on controlled, fluid motions that build lean muscle without impact.
Pilates is for everyone. In this small group class, clients work on upper body and core strength using the Reformer's resistance system. I ensure proper form for every individual, whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
A client performs a single-leg kickback on the Reformer, an excellent exercise for targeting the glutes and hamstrings while stabilizing the core. This demonstrates the precision and control that are central to my Pilates method.
To ensure a safe and personalized experience, I keep my group classes small, with a maximum of four people. This allows for proper social distancing and individual attention, along with a 15-minute gap between sessions for complete sanitization.

In these sessions, we cap group batches at just four participants, ensuring you receive dedicated attention rather than just following along from the back. You will work on your own assigned Merrithew Reformer machine for the full duration, meaning no equipment sharing and plenty of space to focus entirely on your form and breathing.
