What am I looking for? I seek individuals with 3+ years of experience in movement, strong communication skills, and a genuine drive to learn. Prior Pilates experience is not required, I will teach you that.
Who can apply? Yoga teachers, athletes, dancers, fitness coaches, and physiotherapists are all welcome. This is also an opportunity for anyone passionate about movement and eager to shift their career.

About this collection
You do not need a background in fitness to begin this journey. We select candidates based on their drive and commitment to learning, and offer fully sponsored training for those who qualify, followed by a guaranteed two-year employment contract. This is a deliberate path designed to create teachers, not just instructors.
We do not believe in short-term certifications. The path to becoming a Classical Pilates teacher requires time, discipline, and immersion. Our curriculum is directly affiliated with The Pilates Center in Boulder, ensuring you learn the full system—including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Barrels—as Joseph Pilates intended.
Students spend hundreds of hours in the studio, moving from personal mastery to observing senior teachers, and finally, practice teaching. You will gain a deep understanding of spinal articulation, breathing patterns, and how to spot alignment issues in real-time. This is about anatomy, teaching psychology, and the 'why' behind every movement.
