About this collection
The journey to becoming a Classical Pilates teacher isn't a weekend workshop; it's a 450-hour commitment to understanding the full system. My students come from diverse backgrounds—IT, dance, and physiotherapy—but they all share one thing: the desire to teach with true precision, not just mimic a routine. This program is designed to craft teachers who can troubleshoot, adjust, and lead with deep, technical confidence.
Classical Pilates is not a trend; it is a movement system that requires discipline to master. When you join our program, you are stepping into a lineage. My teacher training is a minimum 450-hour commitment because you cannot learn to teach the human body in a weekend. You will spend your time in our Lavelle Road studio, not just watching, but doing—personal workouts, observing senior teachers, and practice teaching under my direct supervision.
We focus on the complete system: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, and Ped-o-Pull. You learn how to identify imbalances, how to modify for a client with a knee injury, and how to use voice cues effectively. This is why my graduates, like Suman and Sangeeta, are able to walk into a studio and lead a class with confidence. They do not just know the choreography; they understand the methodology.
If you are looking for a quick certificate, this is not the place for you. But if you want to become a teacher who truly understands the mechanics of movement and the original principles of Joseph Pilates, you are in the right place. We are affiliated with The Pilates Center, Boulder—globally recognized as the gold standard—so your diploma holds weight anywhere in the world. Are you ready to do the work?
