Because we rely on traditional sun-drying methods and seasonal ingredients, our stock varies slightly throughout the year. At Pikkle Shikkle, we believe that food should taste exactly like what we grew up eating in Punjab. When we started this journey, our goal was simple: bring the honest, sun-dried flavours of our home to Bangalore. We keep our process transparent and clean. You will find no artificial colours, no chemicals, and absolutely no palm oil in our products.

Our pickles, like the spicy mango and bitter gourd, follow age-old methods where spices are ground in-house to maintain the aroma. If you are ordering our snacks, expect a real crunch. Our Punjabi Mathri is hand-rolled for that perfect flaky texture, and our dry masala Kachori is packed with a mix of fennel and coriander that pairs perfectly with evening chai.
