My promise is simple: real flavour comes from real ingredients. I use 100% freshly ground spices and stick to 95% traditional Punjabi recipes, with just a small twist of my own.

When you order a batch of my mathri or pickles, please remember they are made fresh in my Nagavarapalya kitchen, not in a factory. Because I avoid preservatives and palm oil, I recommend enjoying them within their specified shelf-life period to keep that authentic crunch and spice at its absolute peak.
My Kitchen Philosophy
I believe that real food doesn't need chemicals to taste good. My kitchen in Bangalore is where I recreate the authentic Punjabi flavours I grew up with. Whether it's a jar of spicy mango pickle or a packet of crispy mathri, you get exactly what I make for my own family: 95% traditional recipes with just a tiny 5% twist of my own.
Why My Snacks and Pickles Are Different
- No Hidden Nasties: I never use palm oil, preservatives, or artificial colours. Everything is sun-dried and hand-mixed.
- Freshly Ground Spices: I source local ingredients and grind my spices in-house. You will notice the difference in aroma the moment you open the jar.
- Hand-Rolled Quality: My mathri is hand-kneaded, not machine-cut. This ensures that flaky, khasta texture that goes perfectly with your evening chai.

Everything you see here is made to order in small batches. This means we don't hold massive inventories that sit on shelves for months.
