Welcome to my little food journey. Here is a glimpse into the heart of Niwala, where every jar is made with patience, love, and plenty of maa ka swaad.

This is where the magic begins. I use a vibrant mix of freshly ground spices and raw, sun-kissed mangoes for my traditional Aam ka Achaar. It’s my mother’s recipe, made with patience and a lot of love, ensuring every bite has that authentic, homemade flavour.

Come pack an order with me! From weighing the fresh pickle to sealing the jar and handing it off for delivery, I handle every step myself. Wearing my 'Head Chef' apron always makes me smile; it’s a reminder that I’m living my dream.

A beautiful family of my best-selling pickles, ready to find a new home. You can see my Amla ka Achaar, Ghissu Aam ka Achaar, classic Aam ka Achaar, and the fiery Bharwa Mirchi. Each one is made in small batches to ensure freshness.

It makes me so happy to hear what you think! This lovely customer shares her honest thoughts on my pickles, especially the Aam ki Mithi Chutney and Lehsun Mirchi. Her words about my 100% organic and homemade promise mean the world to me.

Here I am at one of my market stalls, my happy place! I love meeting all of you in person, sharing stories, and offering a taste of my pickles and chutneys. These events are the best part of my small business journey.

I'm excited to share my new range of homemade jams! In this video, I introduce my special Carrot Marmalade and a Pineapple Jam with a twist of saffron. These are my latest experiments, made with the same love and no-preservative promise as my pickles.

Gifting should be personal and from the heart. Here is a sneak peek of a custom gift basket I created, filled with my best-selling pickles, homemade ragi biscuits, and some sweet treats. Perfect for Diwali or any special occasion.

About Featured

You might notice some of these pickles look quite distinct, and that is because they are sun-cooked for months rather than being flash-heated. Unlike mass-produced jars that use chemical preservatives to speed things up, I wait patiently for nature to do its work. When you open a jar of my Aam ka Achaar, you are not just smelling spices, you are experiencing a traditional, slow-food process that ensures every ingredient stays pure.
