About Come Say Hello! Our Market Stall
When you visit our stall, you won't just see the products; you get to taste every single one. We strongly believe in 'chakh kar lo' (taste and buy) because we want you to be 100% sure about the flavour before it goes into your pantry. Whether it is our spicy mango pickle or the crispy mathri, please try it first.
We started Pikkle Shikkle to bring real ghar ka swaad (taste of home) to Bangalore, and nothing beats the joy of sharing that in person. We set up our stall at various flea markets and bazaars across the city, so you can skip the shipping wait and pick up your jars directly from us.
Why Visit Us?
- Taste Before You Buy: Our policy is simple. If you are curious about our bitter gourd pickle or our apple cinnamon jam, just ask. We have samples ready so you can make an informed choice.
- Meet the Team: Often, you will find me, Gurdeep Kaur, and my husband Ekbal at the stall. We love chatting with fellow food lovers and sharing stories about how we grind our spices in-house.
- Fresh Stock: We bring our fresh batches of mathri, kachori, and pinni ladoo directly from our kitchen in Nagavarapalya. Everything is preservative-free and made in small, artisanal batches.
If you cannot make it to a market, you can always visit us at our Nagavarapalya location for a pickup. We are constantly updating our stall schedule on our social media pages, so keep an eye out for our next pop-up. We look forward to meeting you and sharing a bit of our Punjabi heritage with your family.
