About From Fresh Fruit to Jar: Our Process
Because I make everything in small batches without artificial preservatives, I wash and sun-dry every single piece of fruit myself. This process keeps the texture chunky and the taste fresh, which is why I always tell my customers to keep these jars in the fridge once opened.
It starts early in the morning when I select the freshest produce from local vendors here in Bengaluru. Whether it is raw mangoes for my spicy pickle or seasonal fruits for jam, the selection criteria are simple: it has to be fresh enough to eat raw. Once home, the real work begins. I wash, sun-dry, and hand-chop everything. Nothing goes into a machine, and no shortcuts are taken.
My cooking method is traditional. I slow-cook in small batches, which allows the natural flavors to deepen without the need for artificial pectin or chemical stabilizers. When you open a jar, you will see the difference: chunky fruit, real texture, and the smell of fresh produce.
We avoid all preservatives and artificial colors because we believe that what you put into your body matters. Since we do not use artificial additives, our jams and pickles are live foods. Please remember to refrigerate them as soon as you open the seal. This commitment to quality means we only produce what we can make perfectly. It is not just food; it is a taste of home.
