Before a meet, we stop training like general gym-goers and switch to specific meet protocols. We work on micro-adjustments to your stance, grip width, and arching, while managing your body weight and taper during the final peak week.

Nutrition is Your Foundation
If your diet is not clean, you are wasting your time in the gym. I provide strict, macro-based diet plans tailored to your specific bulking or cutting requirements. We focus on real food that fuels performance and recovery.
This coaching is for serious athletes only. If you want to make excuses, this is not the place. If you are ready to put in the work and follow the plan, we will get you to the podium.
