Endurance is another form of strength. This set of 71 reps with 40kg on the bench press is about pushing muscular endurance to its absolute limit.

Preparing for a heavy bench press involves more than just lying down. Wrist wraps are essential for providing support and stability during the lift.

About The Bench Press: Upper Body Strength

Most people bench press with weak wrists and zero leg drive, wondering why their numbers never go up. In my sessions, we focus on locking your wrists and transferring force from your feet up through your chest. If you want to push heavy weight safely, you need to master this connection, not just pile plates on the bar and hope for the best.

The bench press is often misunderstood as just an arm and chest movement, but a true lifter knows it starts from the floor. At Iron Body Gym in Salarpur, we don't do fancy, non-functional training.
