About Inside the Dojo: Daily Training & Drills

We train on high-impact 25mm EVA puzzle mats to ensure safety during high-intensity sparring and takedown drills. Every 60-minute session follows a structured flow: we open with formal bowing to instill discipline, move into specific technique drills like kata or pad work, and conclude with a conditioning circuit designed to improve stamina and flexibility.
