This includes high-impact reflex training, full-contact sparring drills with safety gear, and detailed video analysis of fighting strategies. Our instructors, led by 7th-degree Black Belt Master Pradeep Janardhana, work closely with students to refine their Tuls and sparring techniques. This mentorship is why our students consistently secure medals at events like the 19th South West Zonal Competition and the 38th National Taekwondo Championship.
