Medal-Winning Taekwondo Training in Banaswadi

About this collection
Medals are not given. They are taken on the mat. When you train for competition here, you are not just sparring for practice. You are drilling for specific point management, studying electronic scoring, and working on power-breaking techniques that judges actually look for. If you join the Elite National Development Program, expect six days a week of intense calisthenics, stamina runs, and precision work. It is not for the faint of heart, but if you want to stand on the podium like my students at the CISCE regionals, this is where you start.
We do not run a playground. My philosophy is simple: discipline, repetition, and grit. Every medal you see on this page is the result of thousands of repetitions in our Banaswadi dojang. Whether it is Kyorugi (sparring) or Poomsae (forms), the standard remains the same.
Our competitive training is divided into two tracks. The Standard Competitive Training is for those building their foundation, focusing on district and state-level readiness with 3 to 4 sessions a week. For those aiming higher, like Khelo India selection or university-level gold, the Elite National Development Program offers a six-day-a-week regimen. We focus on advanced conditioning, electronic scoring tactics, and high-impact strikes that make the difference between silver and gold.
We do not just train the body. We train the mindset. You will learn the traditional Korean commands, but you will also learn how to handle the pressure of a real tournament. My students compete at major events like the Bangalore City University intercollegiate championship and CISCE regional meets, and they know how to walk out with trophies. If you are here to play, look elsewhere. If you are here to become a champion, Junbi!
