Monthly Standard Access
Schedule & Format
- Access to classes up to 6 to 7 days a week based on batch timings.
- Sessions run for approximately 60 minutes.
- Group instruction with 15 to 25 students led by the Head Master and senior assistants.
Core Curriculum
- World Taekwondo (WT) syllabus covering forms (Poomsae), sparring basics (Kyorugi), and board breaking.
- Instruction uses traditional Korean terminology for counting and commands.
- Physical conditioning includes agility ladder drills, stretching for splits, and cardio warm ups.
Facility & Equipment
- Training on 20mm to 25mm interlocking EVA foam puzzle mats.
- Non AC, fan cooled hall with wall to wall mirrors for self correction.
- Shared access to kicking paddles, focus mitts, and standing punching bags.
Exclusions
- Mandatory CTA branded uniform (Dobok).
- Quarterly or biannual belt grading exam fees.
- Personal sparring gear like chest guards and headgear.

Progression Goals
- Provides sufficient timeframe to prepare for and attempt the first Belt Promotion Test (e.g. White to Yellow Belt).
- Focus on mastering the first Taegeuk form and basic stances.

About Taekwondo for Kids & Teenagers
I see Taekwondo as much more than kicks and punches. For me, it’s a way of life - a path that shapes who you are. Every kid and teenager who trains here learns discipline, confidence, and respect, not just how to fight.
What We Actually Do
- We use a proper belt system. Every belt test feels like a big deal - kids work hard, feel proud at award time, and see real progress.
- I teach Olympic Taekwondo, keeping the training real with Korean language commands and forms. Kids pick up moves like Blocks (Makki), Strikes (Chigi), and learn forms called Poomsae right from Il jang up to pal jang.
- Classes are tough - expect pushups, stretching (splits are common here!), and a lot of agility drills. Fitness and mental focus go hand in hand.
More Than Just Moves
- We train for real life too. Kicking pads for power, sparring (Kyorugi) with full safety gear, so kids can actually use what they learn.
- For those who want to compete, we go all in. Our team’s won medals at national championships - but it’s not just for champs, it’s for anyone who wants to grow.

- Space is matted and safe, with mirrors, bags, and everything to train right.
- Everyone, from white belt to black, trains together. We push each other, support each other, and celebrate every win - big and small.
