About Taekwondo Classes for All Ages
Why We Do This
For us, taekwondo is more than kicks and punches. It’s a way to build discipline, stay fit, and find your own strength. We see everyone here as part of one big family, no matter your age or experience level.
Who Fits In Here
Anyone who wants to move, learn, and grow. Kids, teens, adults - all are welcome. Even if you’ve never tried a martial art before, that’s totally fine. All you really need is the will to give it a shot.
What Training Looks Like
We keep it real and practical. Every session is designed to push you, but not break you.
- Flexibility, agility, and core strength are big here
- We work on stamina, endurance, and yes, even weight loss if that’s what you want
- Focus is on basics first - it’s the base for everything
- Mental strength gets equal attention: you’ll notice better focus, self-control, and a way to deal with daily stress
The Path
Everyone starts at the beginning. You’ll move through the belt system, step by step, from white belt up. This isn’t overnight, but every belt you earn means something.
More Than Just Classes
For those with big dreams, we help with taekwondo competition preparation. Some of our students have gone on to state and national championships, with scholarships and sports quota admissions possible for winners.
Schedule
Morning and evening batches - so you can fit family martial arts classes into your own life, not the other way around.
No need to be perfect. Just need to start. We’ll train together.

My Story
We’re Bengaluru Taekwondo Academy, but honestly, it’s more like a taekwondofamily here. I’m B.L.N Murthy, and Taekwondo’s been my whole life – from winning medals for India to coaching the national team. Now, I want to help folks in Bengaluru get stronger, not just in sport but in life. We train hard, celebrate harder, and always stick together. Basics matter most. You show up, you work, you grow. That’s our pride.
