The Deadlift: Master Raw Power and Technique

About The Deadlift: Raw Power
Form is not negotiable. When you train with me, you won't get generic advice. We analyze your lifting videos every week to fix your positioning, whether that means adjusting your foot stance for the sumo pull or correcting your back angle for conventional. I tell you exactly what is wrong so we fix the technique before it becomes an injury or a failed lift.
Building the Foundation
A big deadlift is about more than just brute strength. It is about understanding the mechanics of your body under load. Whether you are a raw lifter aiming to build grip strength or an equipped lifter handling massive weights, the fundamentals remain the same: tight lats, strong brace, and perfect path. I teach you the same methods that helped me set a 351kg deadlift record.

If you are struggling with your opener, second, or third attempts, I help you plan your data-driven strategy. We don't guess. We prepare for the platform.
