A massive squat is non-negotiable for a competitive powerlifter. Whether you are aiming for a raw PB or moving big weight in a suit, I will teach you the technique to add serious kilos to your total.

Preparing for a massive 390kg squat in training. This is what top-level equipped lifting looks like.

A 345kg squat during a competition at the Delhi State Championship.

A 350kg squat rep in training. Consistency with heavy weights is key.

A 345kg squat at a competition, showing the intensity and focus required.

A competition squat that got three white lights. Depth and control are everything.

A 275kg squat attempt at the National Classic Championship.

Beast mode on for equipped powerlifting. This is how champions are created at Powerlifting Studio.

About this collection

Depth is everything. If your hip crease isn't below the top of your knee, those white lights are not happening on the platform. I teach you how to set up, brace your core, and control the descent so you do not just move the weight, you master it. We do not guess, we execute.

Powerlifting mein squat sirf ek lift nahi hai, yeh tumhari strength ki neev hai. If your foundation is weak, your total will never reach the podium. I work with both raw and equipped lifters, and the approach is fundamentally different.

For raw lifters, it is about tension, bracing, and finding your groove without artificial support. For my equipped athletes, we focus on learning how to use the suit and knee wraps to store energy and handle weights that feel impossible to a beginner.

In my studio, you will not find fancy gimmicks. You will hear me telling you, 'Kamar tight karo,' and ensuring your chest stays up under the bar. We focus on:

  • Technique correction: Weekly video analysis for online students, or real-time feedback if you are training at the studio.
  • Attempt selection: Knowing when to push and when to play it safe to secure your total at the meet.
  • Equipment guidance: Knowing which belt, sleeves, or wraps to use based on your specific lifting style.

Whether you are a newcomer or a national-level competitor, the goal remains the same: move the weight with total control. Stop doing time-pass reps and start training with a purpose. Jai Shree Ram.
