Competition Wins & Records

I have won gold, silver, and bronze medals at the highest level in India, competing in both state and national championships. My results speak for themselves, including setting a new national deadlift record of 351kg. I coach my athletes with the same goal: to stand on the podium.

The Deadlift: Raw Power

My personal best and a national record is a 351kg deadlift, and I train my athletes to be dominant pullers. We focus on building a strong back and perfect form to lift maximum weight safely, whether you are lifting raw or equipped.

The Squat: Building the Foundation

A big squat is non-negotiable for a competitive powerlifter. I guide my athletes to master their form, whether it's a raw squat or a multi-ply equipped squat, to build a strong foundation and add kilos to their total. My own training includes squats nearing 400kg.

The Bench Press: Technique and Force

I have a gold medal in the bench press at the national level with a lift of 265kg. I provide detailed coaching on mastering the bench press, for both raw lifters wanting to build chest power and equipped lifters learning to handle massive weights in a bench shirt.

Our Team: Training Champions

My coaching is for dedicated athletes who want to compete at state and national championships. I train a diverse team of men, women, and para-powerlifters, creating an environment of intense training, mutual respect, and a powerful team spirit.

Para-Powerlifting: Strength Has No Limits

I provide specialized coaching for para-powerlifting athletes who are serious about competing. We focus on the specific techniques of the para-bench press, developing upper body strength and the mental toughness required to succeed on the platform.

The Grind: Training & Lifestyle

My coaching philosophy is built on relentless hard work and a no-excuses mindset. This section shows the reality of training: accessory work, physique development, and the intense focus required. As a vegetarian lifter, I prove that your will to succeed is the only thing that matters.
